- Disposal of Gaon and types of hygiene of the operating room

Procedure:-

1.     He takes off the gauntlet and glove before leaving the operating room .

3.    Before taking off the glove dislocates the right shoulder with the left hand or vice versa .

(The Gaon is removed first for not touching a contaminated place by hand)

4.    Tightens the sleeve from the outside to the inside

(Do not touch the Gaon from the outside)

5.    Grab the second shoulder with the second hand to take off the Gaon .

 (Tighten the sleeve from the inside out)

6.    Wrap the Gaon and fold it so that the unclean places are inside and put it in its designated place

7.    Then take off the gloves

8.     With the fingers of the hand, take off the rest of the glove, not touching it from the outside.

9.    Dispose of the glove in the red bag .

16.      The suction hoses are rinsed first with cold water, then with detergent and disinfectant.

17.      Wash and rinse thoroughly and must be scrubbed from the outside with detergent and disinfected with a disinfectant before leaving the operating room.

Necessary tools :

The procedure:

1.    Every morning, the worker cleans the walls, the operating floor, the floor and the sterilization basin using soapy water and a clean and dry towel, wash and dry them and keep them in the storage of hygiene items and dispose of the water resulting from the cleaning process .

Necessary tools:

Clean towels. 

Sharp brush .

Mop and two buckets, one with warm water and disinfectant and the second for rinsing .

A bucket with water and disinfectant .

(This procedure should preferably be performed by two people.)

Procedure:

1-  Clean the furniture thoroughly, including things that are fixed to the wall or ceiling .

2-  Place the furniture in the center of the room .

3-  Clean the wall starting from the entrance next to the door, start from the top heading down clean in a circular motion, clean the doors and windows .

Tools used::

A special plastic bag for operations before the start of the operation

Steps followed:

1.    Remove the sheets used after surgery .

2.    As soon as the operation is over, the sterile nurse or surgeon will remove the covers from the patient, such as removing the Gaon and the gauntlet .

3.    He will make sure to unscrew the metal bracelet in the patient's hand .

4.    To make sure that these metal clamps are lost in order to facilitate the work of the laundry

6.    Make sure that all used scalpels are removed from the patient.

10.  No sheets are removed from the operating room before the end of the operation .
