Part Three

- Placement of tools at the beginning of the process

1.    When the sterile team begins to take its position along the floor, the nursing assistant should start moving the instruments ( to prevent contamination by the team used).

2.    Auxiliary nursing (non-sterile department) should help the nurse handling and sterilizing to put the instruments on her trolley if she needs them ( to prevent contamination of sterile instruments).

- Hold the tools on the trolley at the lower level, sterile lids and instructions for placing them in the desired place on the table .

3.    The second nurse should help the sterile nurse to put things inside the trolley of sterile things

- The table should be held by the stand below the sterile level and placed in the desired place .

4.    Place the basket next to the instrument table and leave it from the foot of the table and next to the surgeon if it is in one case (to prevent contamination of sterile covers).

5.    Place one eyelid next to the instrument table and slightly back from the sterile nursing.

- A second eyelid close to the surgeon in order to put the cotton and gauze used in it without throwing it and without passing it on the sterile table .

6.    The suction device is in the direction of the head of the table and close enough to be able to connect the sterile tube (to help the anesthesiologist and prevent contamination of the sterile space ).

- Leave a space between the machine and the counter for the sterilization team .

7.    If there is a need to use footrests to divide the person by standing out of the way, we put them in the place where the person is standing .

- Keep in mind not to touch anything .

- We make sure that it is not placed on any of the links.

8.    Place the light so that the injury at the place of operation is obvious .

Open the hardware tray , wrap the pads

Required requirements :

Required Gaunts or roll pads .

Hardware tray .

A clean table or trolley ( washed with soapy water).

Fabrics and antiseptic solution ( chlorine or alcohol ) .

The steps :

1.       Clean the surface of the trolley or the table of pads and pads with diluted chlorine or any disinfectant to kill germs. (To reduce the bacteria present at the table).

2.       Dry well (to avoid that the paper or pads get wet ).

3.       Take the required roll or hardware tray and see the following:

- Expiration date .

- The outer cover to make sure that there is no rupture and make sure of the autoclave tape. (The roll or tray cannot be guaranteed to be sterilized if the expiration date has expired, there is damage to the cover, or the autoclave is not clearly marked ).

- If the date of use has expired, there is damage to the outer cover in any form, or the autoclave tape is unclear, the relationships are put aside.

4.       Open the roll of pads and pads according to the steps followed ( to open sterile rolls ).

5.       Take it out to walk on the trolley or the table with the ends up ( if you put the roll on the table and the ends down it will not be open ).

6.       Sterile nursing opens the pads by pulling the first end towards it (without contaminating the gloves).

7.       When the equipment tray is opened, the handling nurse places the tray on the clean table .

8.       Cut off the autoclave tape and hold the non-sterile part at the end for the outer cover only .

9.       Tighten to open it (to avoid bending the tip over the tray and contaminating its contents).

10.   Wrap around the table and open the rest of the lids in the same way .

- Make sure not to touch the inside of the bags ( bags ) .

- Make sure not to tilt or touch the surface of the tray .

Opening the thread bundle

Requirements :

The required thread bundle.

Steps:

1.    Open only the threads that will be opened for use .

- In case of uncertainty, use the preferred surgeon's card or ask the surgeon .

2.    The nursing handler takes the required thread and makes sure that the outer casing is tightly glued and there are no cuts or damage if the bag is damaged, get rid of the thread ( the thread is not sterile, it is unsafe to use in case of any damage to its outer casing ).

3.    The nurse holds the weeping handler in one hand and separates the thin layer of the plastic layer with the thumb of the other hand.

4.    The thin layer tightens well between the thumb and index fingers .      5.    The plastic layer tightens between the thumb and forefinger of the other hand .

- The bacta is carefully held between the Fists of the hands .

6.    The thumbs are pushed out so that the nurse can pull the layers back together and reveal the sterile inner layer of the pack .

- It must be ensured that the fingers and thumbs are far from the inside of the bag ( to prevent the inner layer of the bag from contamination ).

7.    The nursing handler stands in one of the trolleys holding the sterile nursing thread to take it .

A-it must be ensured that the body does not tilt on the trolley or any parts on the trolley accompanying the contents of the package ..

B-it must be ensured that the inner layer of the baghta is not thrown on the trolley .

8.    Sterile nursing uses a sponge mask mask to take the sterile layer by pacing.

9.    To remove any baffle use this method .

Open the sterile bag

Requirements :

Sterile baktah

Steps:

1.       The sterilized bag is opened only when it is ready for use.

2.       The nurse takes the required sterile pack handler and reviews the expiration date and makes sure that there are no pieces in its outer shell and make sure that the color of the sterilization tape does not change .

- In case the expiration date has expired or there are pieces in the outer casing or sterilization tape that does not indicate its sterilization, do not use the pack .

3.       Cut the autoclave Strip and then put the thumbs on the top of the second tip of the bag so that the folded upper part of the bag straightens .

4.       Grab the bakta from the bottom and put it away from the clothes

- The contents are taken out to the upper part of the package so that the sterile nurse can see it .

5.       Stand on one side of the sterile Trapeza to hold the bacta .

A- sterile nursing to remove its contents .

B- ensure that the body is not tilted on the trapeze ( to prevent the sterile trolley from contamination).

C- make sure that the contents of the sterile bag are not thrown on the trapeze ( to make sure that dirt and anything else does not fall on the trolley with the contents of the bag ).

6.       Using a spare dry or sponge mask, the sterile nurse extracts the contents of the package .

7.       In the case of the lid and the opening of the sterile pack other than the pack required by the sterile nurse, the pack should not be used and returned to the central sterilization for re-sterilization again .

- It should not be locked for later use .

8.       The nurse handler stands on one side of the trolley holding the thread for the sterile nurse to take .

A- it must be ensured that the body does not tilt on the trolley .

B- it must be ensured that the inner layer of the baghta is not thrown on the trolley .

9.       Sterile nursing uses a sponge mask mask to take the sterile layer by pacing .
